Lazy is one and another thing is they dont have those mentality in mind. That why they dont want to do that. At my place our goverment already did some campaign for this but people still take for granted on it.

probably they are aware of the importance of recycling.

I'd say laziness.

As for awareness, some people in fact are not fully aware of the importance, but for the most part I'd say it's just laziness.

When I see trash on the street, it's because of laziness. There's a trash bin on every corner and instead of throwing that wrapper or piece of food in there, people just drop it onto the sidewalk or road. And just how they don't properly dispose of trash, they'll slack off with recycling too.

And while not everyone is like this, there's a handful of people who are..

Yes lazyness is the best answer but some people do not want to do the recycling they are not interested in the recycling.They want to do some other work as they interested in some other work.

i agree with everyone has said lol.
laziness is definitely the leading factor.
the lack of economic gain is another main factor.
i'm sure that if recycling paid more, people would be "on board" for recycling. but that shouldn't be the case. people should recycle because its the right thing to do, not because of possible economic gain.

Well most of us don't like to do recycle because laziness of us and economic reasons from goverments. I think goverment should think about it and make a law to do recycle.

A lot of people do not do it becasue they can not see themselefes making a difference so they do not bother to do anything about it at all. Or there is not a place located close enough to them for it to be viable.

Because they think that it is wastage of time and money.

They are also very lazy.

There may be some convenience implied ,I guess . Also, in some countries there may not be any recycle services ,and in this case is the government that should do something about it .
