Before we do any business or pay any advance or deposit , we will visit you yard and also meet you personally . This is because there are so many fraud companies around and we dont have time for all that

We are sourcing consulting company and one of my client based in uk and France can supply you the said scrap from ukrine port and other europe port.Expected price $295 per meteric ton .you may visit the yard but first you have to confirm them directly.Minimum qty 25000 mt from ukrine you may have 10000 mt minimum.Please note we are consultant and so our charges $3 pmt recurring has to be paid on all your ship ments.If you are interested you may write directly at :dadsont@yahoo.com

I am Haridas Rao, a Retired Chief Engineer, Masters in Engineering, Doing Real Estate Business since 1992.
One of my client bought a property in a court auction. The property contained the following scrap, which he has entrusted me to sell at market prices. The funny thing is He is asking only Rs= 400 Crores. This is because he has deposited Rs= 50 Crores in Court to take part in the auction as Security EMD. He won the auction at Rs= 360 Crores. That is he has to pay another Rs= 310 Crores to the court to get the Scrap released. Also he wants a profit of Rs= 40 Crores as his profit. That how he reaches the amount of Rs= 400 Crores as Asking price.( may be negotiable )
The total content of the scrap HMS-2 is 3,00,000 Mt- in the form of heavy machine parts - which alone at present market prices ( the Steel mills in Kerala buys the HMS-2 today is at the rate of Rs = 20,000+ from local markets- One of my batchmate is a Gen Manager in a Steel mill here ). This means the HMS-2 alone is worth Rs= 600 Crores.
This is no fraud. The only problem I am having is that the Court will not accept part payments. Only one time single settlement is possible in this case. Other wise I do have many ( over 60 mills here in Kerala itself to whom I can sell this at prevailing market rate ). None of these Kerala / Tamilnadu mills can buy more than just 1000 Mt at a time. Most of the mills have a buying need of only 100 - 200 T/month. That is how I came to market it via website to outside state parties.

You can mention the following clause in the LOI you will send or FCO that will come to you.
In case the seller cannot perform after opening the LC (Or any other payment instrument) , he would have to pay at least 25 % of the total value of the LC plus 2 % of PBG and in case the Buyer does not operate the LC as per the FCO accepted and having signed the final contract, the buyer would have to pay the sum of 25% of the total value of the Contract including 2% of value of PBG given by the seller.
Hence we can confirm... we are REAL & need only REAL buyers.
