Dear Sir,
Pls note our Offer below: At present the products selling HMS and Used Rails R50-R65 which are seems like as follows: Commodity: HMS Used Rails R50-R65 Quantity: 30000mt/month for 12 months contract basis. Port of Loading: Will be declared by the seller after having booking confirmation from the end buyer or his mandate agent. Origin: CIS/Ukraine/Romania/Russia or Seller's Option PB: 2% PB pay by seller. Other terms: As mentioned in the final contract. Chemical composition: C: 0,54-0,82 Si.: 0,18-0,40 Mn: 0,60-1,05 S: 0.04 max P.: 0,035 max As.: 0,01 max of Mass share Norms: R-50 GOST-7173-75 and R-65 GOST-8165-75. The scrap consists of R-50 (51,67 kg/m) R-65 (64,72 kg/m) ISRI-CODES: ISRI27, 28 & 29 (all section) The rails can be cut to the length the buyer wants. The seller only has to know that in advance. Final price without any marks up: US$270/mt if quantity is 30,000mt per month for 12 consequent months. Procedure: Price varies if quantities are bigger or lower. Our only condition: The end buyer or his agent must book the cargo before any paper submitting US$10000 which would be either deduct from the LC or may be refundable during the inspection. Inspection cost is fully beared by buyer or his agent. Payment: 100% DLC at sight (transferable or non-transferable both are acceptable), condition apply.
